Our family enjoyed our stay here! The public hot springs provided a refreshing experience, especially with views of Mt. Fuji. The staff were exceptionally attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend visiting Fuji-Q Highland nearby for a fun-filled day.

i stayed at mystays for one night in a standard twin room with a great view of mt. fuji. the location was super convenient, just a short walk to the fujikyu-highland station. i also loved the open-air hot spring bath, which was a fantastic way to relax after a day of exploring. the laundry amenities in the room were really handy too!

My stay was fantastic, especially with the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji from my room. The open-air hot spring provided an incredible way to relax after a long day of exploring. I also loved the location, being just a short walk to transportation options, making it convenient to visit nearby attractions. However, the room felt slightly smaller than I prefer, but it was still comfortable overall.

The mountain view from our Standard Twin Room was stunning, making our stay memorable. We also appreciated the proximity to a delightful Chinese restaurant. the food was exceptional and a highlight of our trip.

The bath area got crowded after dinner, which diminished our relaxation experience.
